Rock X La Vida: El Documental es un proyecto audiovisual que sintetiza el trabajo realizado en 14 años por parte de Rock X La Vida. Se trata del único festival musical en el mundo dedicado a promover la salud mental de sus asistentes: jóvenes y no tan jóvenes, con un marcado mensaje a promover la lucha contra el suicidio, tema que preocupó a los fundadores del festival y que a la fecha sigue siendo su bandera más alta.

Rock X La Vida: The Documentary is an audiovisual project synthesizing the work done in 14 years by Rock X La Vida. The only music festival in the world dedicated to promoting the mental health of its attendees: young and not so young, with a solid message to promote the fight against suicide. This theme worried the founders of the festival, and that to date remains its highest flag.
